Severe abnormal hunger pangs, not feeling hungry its different, weakness, dizzy, faint like, ectopic palpitations, for a few years now, leading to angina, this resulted in unstable angina. No point treating the heart, its obviously something else, the source needs to be treated. Fasting blood sugar level was normal. Would appreciate your comments, since this led to the unstable angina presently. Many thanks.
