Hi, my girlfriend has had a severe (vise-like) pain in the right side of her abdomen for about 7 or 8 days now. Some days the pain is not so bad, but others the pain is unbearable. We went to the doctor and they did a pregnancy test (2 of them) which were both negative. They then thought it could be appendicitis. They did blood tests and a CT Scan and just told us it was not appendicitis and that all her blood tests were normal. So they couldn't tell us what it was, just what it wasn't. Just today she woke up and after about an hour of being up she vomited and said her side really hurt again. She takes a lot of Advil for other pains as we are both active (1200 mg at least twice a day), but it doesn't really work for this pain. That day at the hospital they gave her morphine & she felt great. Anyways, has anyone had anything close to this that can throw any information out to us? It's only been a little over a week & this is bad.Reply Follow This Thread Stop Following This Thread Flag this Discussion
