I have been suffering from several symptoms that dont seem to add up to one particular diagnosis. I am a 28 year old female with one child. (he has a positive ANA and has been diagnosed with childhood arthritis.) I, myself, have had a positive ANA in the past. I suffer from a multinodular goiter (though my thyroid function tests are normal), I am constantly having a cloudy/disoriented feeling in my head, extreme fatigue, and severe stomach cramping. I work for a medical office and constantly show levels of bilirubin in my urine. I have had inguinal hernia repair on the right side in 2007 and had one on the other side in 2009. Now, the hernias have seemed to return on both sides (I have lumps in the inguinal region again, which feel identical to the hernias) Also, several breast masses. I have had a vaccum biopsy on one and it came back showing fibrocystic breast disease. I was only told to take Vitamin E and follow up every 6 months. I cant seem to find any help with doctors besides being referred to every specialist in town. Im not sure if these symptoms relate some how or not. If anyone has experienced any of these symptoms or has any answers I would appreciate any type of advice I can get. Im so tired of feeling sick!! Thanks so much!!!
