I have severe chronic pain in both of my wrists. I had a bit of pain in my knees and ankles but have increasing physical activity and taking gloucosamine that has gone away. I have seen an orthopedic who took xrays and sent me to physical therapy for several weeks. They ruled out carpel tunnel and tendonitis. They also put me on an anti inflammatory for a month called something like mobic. I have also tried taking aleve and motrin consistently. Non of the medications work. I have also iced them and wear a brace at night and sometimes during the day on the wrist that hurts the most. That helps a little but the pain never goes away. My regular doctor did an extensive blood work up and I don't have rheumatoid arthritis. The doctors have called me a mystery but that doesn't help my pain. My lower legs hurt at the slightest touch but I don't know if that's related. I am also fatigued a good bit even after good 8-9 hours of sleep. I just want the pain to go away so I can sleep better at night and do every day things like lift a gallon of milk.Reply Follow This Thread Stop Following This Thread Flag this Discussion
