For the past 3 years I have had unexplained fatigue, followed by incessant drymouth, a tetanis of my neck resulting in burning sensations, light headedness and occasional dizziness. I have a slightly elevated indirect Bilirubin level which has been attributed to Gilbert's syndrome. My neck and spine are also cracking nonstop and I become exhausted very easily. Can anyone help?

  • The fatigue and dry mouth could indicate Sjogren's Disease. I'm not sure what else it could be, but there are probably other things that you should get checked for. Have you seen a neurologist yet?Sorry you have such bad symptoms and no answer.

  • Is the dry mouth because of thirst? or just dry mouth?
