  • Are you diabetic or do you have high blood glucose? Sciatic or spine issues can also cause numbness, pain and strange feelings in the legs. A third idea is restless leg syndrome, which has no definitive cause and tends to run in families. If it gets worse at night or when you've been sitting for a long time, that might be your issue. Anyway, three to think about... hope you figure it out!:)

  • I have had the feeling of bugs crawling under my skin. It came and went. I now know that it was from being B-12 deficient. The burning and feeling of worms under your skin is from nerve damage. I suggest you start taking a good B-vitamin and additional B-12. This could progress to much worse if you don't treat it. Since discovering I was B-12 deficient , I now realize I have been so for at least 15 years and have just been ignoring symptoms such as yours, because they would come and go. It was until I developed extreme bilateral arm pain ( constant muscle spasm) and started megadosing myself and saw symptoms disappear that I put it all together. Here is an excellent video on B-12 deficiency and I am posting links to some great B vitamin formulations that got me out the woods. I took the B complex plus extra B-12 for a week and my arm pain disappeared. The longer I stay on this the more symptoms i have been just attributing to old age are disappearing like magic..http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BvEizypoyO0 http://biomaxxenergy.com/biomaxx-energy-products/concentrate/ http://biomaxxenergy.com/biomaxx-energy-products/b12-vitamin-spray/ The B-12 spray, rather than taking the full dose (6 sprays) all at once, you can spread it out throught the day. I actually took a lot more at first, because i could actually feel my symptoms disappear soon after I would take some. 2 months later i am now good with just a normal daily dose of each. I feel 20 years younger than I did 2 months ago. Good luck
