I am experiencing sensitive teeth and heard about various treatments for it like fluoride gel, desensitizing toothpastes etc. Which can be the best for me as it's my initial stage? Or better to take advice from a local dentist? I haven't visited a dentist yet.

  • Many people suffer from sensitive teeth problem, it is caused by many reasons like poor tooth enamel, use of hard brush etc. You must visit your dentist for this. Try to avoid extreme cold and hot drinks. Use a sensitive toothpaste.Use a soft bristle tooth brush.
