Itchy rash on hands and feet.

I've had a negative TTG test, negative liver biopsy, all other labs are normal. The only thing is I have nodules on my thyroid and even though they are only 5 to 7mm in diamter they are causing difficulty swallowing.

Any thoughts? So far the hemotologist, endocrinologist, nerologist and my PCP are all stumped.

Thanks for reading and relpying, I'd like to figure this out so I can see my three beutiful daughters get married some day.

He diagnosed me with Hypothroidism specifically Hashimotos Thyroiditis. After a Fine Needle Aspiration Biopsy (not as painful as it sounds) came back inconclusive, he decided that at least a portion of my thyroid needed to be surgically removed. I elected to have the full thyroid removed because if there was indeed cancer in one side they would then need to remove the other if I had the partial. I indeed has a 2mm cancer which was completely encapsulated by healthy tissue. I will be on Synthroid for the rest of my life, but I am cancer free. Now I am finding out that I am Vitamin D deficient and am taking a 50,000 IU regimen twice a week for 8 weeks to straighten that out. I am not sure about the itchy rash, but if your Endocrinologist hasn't conducted the Fine Needle Aspiration Biopsy or an ultrasound on your thyroid, I would strongly advise that you request one. I had no problems swallowing with my thyroid problem but was grateful he took these precautions because, in the end, I had cancer
