Someone please help me, i am in real trouble

I have this problem for the last 5 years,
my scortum skin has a leathery texture and there is irritation often.

When i diagnosed my scortum skin, i found it to be thick and when i rub off my scortum skin during irritation i find a thick dirt like substance
being rolled off.

I've tried using dettol(an antiseptic liquid) over the skin and it would burn a lot, but it seems to clear off the dirt and leathery texture only for
one day.

The next morning i would again find my scortum skin in the previous condition.

I haven't consulted a doctor yet.

I am sure its some kind of a fungial infection, most probabaly caused by prolonged wetness of scortun skin. I've heard fungus quickly develops
in those conditions

Please help me, i need some advice.

I hope this problem wont lead me to an other infection.
