I have no idea what is going on..Everyone once in a while I wake up with my middle left finger itching.. I have these little bumps on it..By the next day those little bump are blisters..The next day my whole finger is swollen..This really sucks..Right now my whole hand is swollen to my wrist..It is very painful, if the blisters on my hand get touched it is an undescibable pain..Even if we lance and drain the blisters the come back the next day..Now, that is extremely painful..Sometimes the pain goes up my arm to the elbow..Then that gets triggered when I move my finger or hand ..Yeah, I have no idea..Hopefully you guys know something I don't.. I don't have insurance so, I can't afford to go to the doctor..
I don't know what triggers it or how it orginated..

  • You say it's happening in bed ?? (waking up with itch so assuming it's while your in bed ?? )Perhaps it's time to get your bed checked for mite/nasties that could be eating you while your asleep ? Might be something to think about anyway ?Samanthahttp://www.undiagnosedillness.org

  • Have you tried wrapping your hand up in guaze before going to bed? This might lead you to the conclusion that it is something internal rather than external if the problem still happens. If it doesn't happen.....then at least you know it is a problem with your hand internally. Just a suggestion.

  • Sounds very similar to what was happening to my girlfriend's thumb--turned out to be Witlows.
