hey, i went running yesterday and i kept going for 10 km. but now, along with the muscle pain, i have an enormous pain in my foot, realy enormous, its not like a muscle pain, it only hurts when i walk, but realy so much that i have the feeling it might be broke... is it possible to break your foot just by running, what are the odds and what can i do so can walk... because now i can limp a little... but not for long, cause in 5 minutes the pain has gotten so worse i just have to stop. even standing stil on it hurts, and the same as walking, in five minutes maybe less, im dying of pain.
please, if someone knows one of these questions answers, i would love to hear it... thanks alot
