To the rude, mean poster that has nothing productive to say,
First off, I'd like to address everyone else. I say we just flat out ignore this person. They obviously are trying to get a rise out of us. So, I figure if we just pretend the rude post isn't there, they won't get much enjoyment out of being a degenerate.
To the rude poster. Who cares? Obviously you do. You are so wrapped up in being mean that I am so glad you are on the internet and I don't know you in person. I think there are sites you can go to that are specifically for mean people. Is this how you want to be treated? If you walked into a hospital, scared, alone, unsure of what's happening to your body, how would you feel if someone said "oh, cancer, you're dying..."
You'd feel pretty crappy about it. You can laugh at this message, get your chuckle, and go on being mean. But I know, deep down inside, this hit a nerve with you. What goes around comes around. Think about that next time you plan on dishing out some mean behavior. What you do to others does in fact come back to you 10 fold. And if you aren't worried about that, worry about whatever Deity your worship feels about it.

Just think about how you effect others. The internet is not a "free behavior excuse."
