RLQ and hip pain

I have intermittent severe RLQ and hip pain. It gets worse with activity and with an impending bowel movement. Improves with rest.
The RLQ is tender to touch. The hip pain is anterior, lateral and posterior. Hurts worse when bending toward the right. Any clues? I ran through the VINDICATE diff. diag. method for the RLQ pain, but the hip involvement is throwing me off. Neuritis?
