If anyone can help me it would be great. My husband started 2 days ago. He woke up with a sore throat by that afternoon it had gone away-now he has pains that come and go throughout the whole day but only on the right side. He says that when the pain hits it feels like needles stabbing him sometimes the very back of throat under tongue and sometimes in the back of throat. Sometimes they last for 10 minutes and sometimes they go right away. the thing that hangs in the throat is swollen and red and he says when he turns his head left it feels like his tongue is being ripped or something. we dont know whether it is a pulled muscle-strep-or what. Any help will be greatly appreciated. thanksReply Follow This Thread Stop Following This Thread Flag this Discussion
