i have been having rlq abdominal pain for approx. 2 weeks. i have a pretty significant history of gyn problems, had pelvic u/s and shows a complex cystic lesion in my right ovary about the size of a ping pong ball. went to the gyn doc and she says it couldn't possible be causing pain like i am having. she suggests i see a general surgeon. i truly beleive that the pain is from the cyst, but she pretty much blew me off and said to have a repeat scan after the holidays. any suggestions?
