Hello. Here are a list of symptoms being experienced: Last week onset of a cold with severe pleuritic pain of the lower right lung; most painful on cough and just on cough; better holding side of chest; was prescribed Percocet and Oxycocet-Oxycodone for a pulled muscle;

after one week: pain continues with cough; persistent phlegmy cough with audible rales; no SOB; pleuritic chest pain; cough deep in chest; productive; phlegm is not tinged pink;

new symptoms started on Friday: right leg pain / heaviness when walking; right leg feels 'tired, fatigued;' left shoulder pain 'feels achy'

The doctor says its a viral infection but the right leg pain and left should pain aren't really symptoms of a viral infection.

Any ideas? is this an emergency?
