I have been suffering with sore ribs for months

I was getting it on and off, but seems to be more frequent now

Initially I went to ER and they did ecg and bloods, and x-ray and kept me overnight

They told me in the morning it was probably muscular

It seems to get worse with movement and walking

I also get skin tingling in chest and back and arms, and my throat and lungs feel irritated sometimes

I get breathless with it but also have a lot of anxiety so not sure what is triggering what

Yesterday I had what felt like a panic attack, felt I couldn't breathe, so was breathing really heavily, feeling very dizzy, was trying to walk but felt like I would collapse, very unsteady on feet, like the floor was moving violently

After work I thought I would try some exercise and went out riding my bike for 45 mins. On the first part of the ride I twice felt what felt like a spasm in my airways and lungs, felt like they were being squeezed from the inside, but lasted only a second or so. Completed the rest of the ride without any more symptoms

I woke up this morning and my ribs are painful and tight, and even looks like the muscles between my ribs are tight and stiff when I look in the mirror

I saw the doc last week and he just tells me there is nothing wrong

It's driving me crazy
