Hello I have been having issues this year with my ribs popping out. Normally it is my back shoulderblade area. Now lately I noticed I have a pain in my chest and there seems to be a bump where I guess a rib is, I have never had this happen before..... It hurts when I try to lift my arms behind my head in a twisting motion. I am a 25 year old in shape female, though I don't have the best posture, could that be the reason for all the rib problems lately? Also when I was a teen I was diagnosed with slight scoliosis which never got worse. The rib is sticking out about where a woman would wear a necklace pendant about 3 inches below the top of the rib cage.... also it hurts to breathe and hold my arms out in front of me..... is there anything I can do as far as stretching to fix this? I can go hang upside down at my friends house, I heard that's good for you....Reply Follow This Thread Stop Following This Thread Flag this Discussion
