I have had extreme rib and back pain for about the last 3 years. Doctors can't seem to find whats wrong. The pain comes and goes, but when the pain is present it usually last anywhere from a few minutes to several hours, the pain is through out my entire rib cage and my whole back. The pain is more intense in a belt shape around the middle of my back on through to my ribs, it also feels tight or like theres a ton a pressure on my insides, and as though somebody parked a truck on me. The pain is beyond words, and makes it hard to breath. All this happens in a split second. And will make me sick to my stomach.

Most of the time there's nothing leading up to it.
