Repeated Strep Throats - 7 year old child

Hi - my son has been having strep throats one after another since March (4 in a row). The doctor just gives him an antibiotic and sends him home, as soon as the antibiotic is finished, the strep comes back. We started him on homeopathic remedies (colodial silver, herbs, gurgle with salt water). Has anyone else experience the same. I am kind of desperate because no matter what we do it comes back (hopefully not this time), but every time he says that his throat hurts I get a major anxiety attack. Also, his lymph nodes are always swollen on his neck. They go up and down in size. The doctor says that's the way he is built (he is very very skinny). Any advises, home remedies or anything will be greatly appreciated. I am becoming a paranoid over this and it's affecting everyone in my family. Thank you so much in advance.
