I have had MRSA pneumonia 3 times, pseudomonas pneumonia once, and numerous bouts of bronchitis in the past 14 months. Have asthma (not normally severe) but acts up when this happens. Several long bouts with prednisone during treatment. I have had UTIs, dental infections, and have been on antibiotics almost continually during this time. The immune system tests "normal." I have seen GPs, ENTs, infectious disease specialists, dentists, urologists, pulmonary specialists, N.D.s, electrodermal screeners, homeopathic practitioners, and even spent 2 weeks at an internationally known respiratory hospital. Lungs look fine. Immune system tests fine. Thought my stomach was problematic and I did find out I was allergic to wheat. When I get sick the lungs flare. But why do I keep getting sick if the immune system is "normal?" This has been going on for several years but last 14 months has been chronic. No one has answers for me. Any ideas?Reply Follow This Thread Stop Following This Thread Flag this Discussion
