Reoccurring unknown virus: Please help

For about the past two years now I've had a reoccurring virus (or at least, I think it is a virus). About every four months I get painful mouth ulcers on my cheeks, the back of my throat and both on the surface and edges of my tongue. I also seem to get infected eyes as well, where they itch, are blood-shot and stick together when i sleep. On top of this i get a sore neck, shoulders and back - I have sciatica and this virus always seems to irritate it, sometimes to the extent that i can barely walk.
It has been bothering me significantly for some time now and I can't seem to find anyone who suffers from the same symptoms and my GP doesn't seem to know what it is. Therefore, any help would be greatly appreciated.
Additional details: I am a sixteen year old female with no prior serious health issues.
Also, I've never used a forum before so I'm really sorry if this is posted in the wrong place or something..
Thank you very much for reading, please help me if you can.
