Reoccurring Painful Underarm Lump

I'm a 20 year old male and I've been experiencing a reoccurring lump under my right arm for 2-3 months now. When I first went to the doctor, I was told it was a cyst and can happen to anyone. A drainage of the cyst was performed. The doctor injected the cyst with a local anesthetic. After the area under my arm healed, the process started up again a few days later. In the same spot but not as big this time. Ever since that incision and drainage of the lump, the lump reoccurs under my arm every week or so. It drains out itself and the skin under my arm heals for a few days (max). After which the skin starts to swell up again in the same spot. I don't know what to do and am very frustrated with the problem as I can't use my right arm as much. A small area of the skin under my arm is exposed at the moment (because the lump drains itself) and I'm using Gauze pads and antiseptic ointment around the area sometimes but nothing seems to stop the process.

Does anyone know what the cause for this could be? I've been on Clarus for Acne problems for about a year now and take Omega-3 supplements a few times a week. I have a normal diet and no major medical problems in my immediate family.

If anyone has any suggestions or can help in any way, please do as I'm running out of options. Thank you in advance.
