Ive had 3 red spots appear for a week at a time and then disapear for weeks. The cycle is not affected by diet, exercise, etc. 3 years ago it was diagnosed as lichen planus, but none of the treatments (prescrip or over the counter) work. I just have to wait out the time for them to disappear. There is no itching or discomfort whatsoever. the spots stay in the same place each time, which leads me to believe it is a localized issue not lichen planus which typically affects different areas and different spots. The only area affected is the head of my penis. Please let me know your thoughts and any possible treatments to try.Reply Follow This Thread Stop Following This Thread Flag this Discussion
