I've been to the doctor a few times now, and it's definately not a cold sore. I've had a red spot on the corner of my lip for about 3 months now, it started as a pimple but now is still there. There's also a painless blister on the inside of each cheeks that have been there for 6 months, and a spot where i floss that always has blood with a strong odor.
I've run out of ideas and almost gave up on the doctors, please help.

  • You should probably have a dermatologist take a look at it.

  • When you floss, you can aggravate pockets in your gum that might harbor food and bacteria. This smells when you pull the floss out. You can start really good oral care now, but go to a dentist soon as you don't want your gum to recede or become infected. A water-pik really can clean along the gum line. Re: the ulcers, look up apthous ulcers of the mouth. The crack at the side of the mouth is usually a minor type of fungal infection, but your sounds a little different. Do you think it might be a scar from the zit?
