Hello! I'm 18 years old, female, and for a long time I have this symptom, don't really know if it's a symptom. After a shower, my skin, specially my legs, feet and abdome gets really red, lots of spots all over and they are very spread, that they actually bond. I thought it could maybe be something related to the water, or the soap, but then I notest that, when I lay on the sun to get tanned, that also happens, not only on the upper part of my body, but even on my chest, arms, etc.

On the other hand, my feet and hands get VERY cold on winter and almost nothing can warm them. And plus, for the past three months, I've notest that my fingers and my palms get red and hot even without the shower, like suddenly, at night.

Any ideas? I really need some advice, it would be very appreciated.

I have lactose intolerance, tho I don't think there's something to do with everything, just thought would be good to mention.

Thanks in advance, hope to hear something from you guys!
Best wishes, take care!
