I had the same thing when i was younger but when i moved house it went away and was completly clear until a few weeks ago when it came back again. I also have these red lumps with little slits in them under my penis helmit and they are red but dont bleed or get any bigger they are on the bottom of the penis under the head.

Thanks Nobody knows what my rash is so would you be able to help

  • What creams have you tried? It could be a fungal infection, but it could be a lot of things.

  • Have you seen a good dermatologist? Have you had a blood test for herpes2 or maybe it's a fungus and you need to treat your whole body with RX shampoo. Herpes can look like jock itch and can be down your legs. I'd want to know. The blood test also gives false negatives, depending on what test you have, but some of them give good results.

  • That's why you need the blood test for herpes.
