Over the last week i've noticed red prickly lumps under the skin on my hands they feel like pin *****s.
I had scabies when i was young unfortunately and was worried that this might be the same thing but it doesn't seem to be as itchy as i remember that to be. Plus its only on the palms of my hands and doesn't seem to be spreading. I have just moved to a Madrid which is very hot at this time of year so i thought it might be a heat rash. I bought some anti-histamines but it doesn't seem to have changed any.
Any help would be much appreciated. Tell me its not the dreaded scabies again I hate that smelly lotion for that!!!!:)

As for treatment: Use a soap-free body wash and use moisturiser, Eucerin is good. you can read more about it here: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/EczemaGood luck. :)
