Red itchy spots and bumps

I have these red itchy spots that keep appearing all over my body. They started on my lower legs then below my elbows on my arms. Now they are showing up on my upper legs, shoulders and my hips. When they breakout without treatment of antibiotics they will seep out and crust over with a yellow crust. When I have bad outbreaks I also have a feeling of anxiety, chest pain, hot flashes and also have some pain in my neck on the right side. Before this started a year ago I was having some yellow looking, smelly small clusters coming out of my tonsil on the right side of my neck. This went on for about a month and when it stopped I started breaking out with these red bumps. Antibiotics seem to help and the bumps will go away for a few weeks only to return. I have taken 6 different antibiotics over the course of this year and have most resently taken Z-packs that help but now my stomach is starting to bother me will taking them. Does anyone have any ideas of what this might be. I have been to four doctors, and three dermatologist have had three blood test, two skin scrapings and a biopsy which where all negitive. HELP
