I noticed this thing a week ago right where the thigh meets the scrotum - and can't figure out what it is. The pic is pretty clear, of a red (sometimes a lighter pink) area with a whitish-gray thing. I pricked it about 5 days ago to clean it out, but nothing much really came out, and I haven't done much to it since.
Here's a background of things which may (or may not) be relevant.
I engaged in mutual masturbation almost a month ago - at least 2.5 weeks before I noticed this, but with one possible exception, we only touched each other, it wasn't back and forth with the same hands.
A couple of days before noticing this patch, I did feel a bit of a headache and nauseous, but I was having a rough few days as far as sleep, etc.
I did have a very slightly runny nose much of last week - very slightly.
The patch did hurt just once or twice when it got rubbed by a hair funny or something, but not really more than that. There is a light itchiness, which comes and goes.
