I have suffered from recurring pericarditis over the last 15 months. It has happened 7 times now and is getting worse now with chest infections, liver inflamation & as always atrial fibrillation. I am a 39 year old male and started to get problems around 2 years ago with Atrial Fibrillation & SVT. I have had a ablation treatment for SVT but the chest pain I get which is pericarditis still brings on AF.
It has got to the point now where I get the chest pain every 4 weeks and now I get high temperatures, severe headaches & liver problems. I have also been told that I have gal stones with an inflammed gal bladder.
Doctors have tested me for all sorts and scanned everything but they just tell me that the scans are normal and the blood test are negative for things such as autoimmune and they dont know why I keep getting these problems.

The pain I get around my heart is terrible and although the effusion is only 10-20mm it is sometimes unbearable and always sends me into AF which is painful and scary.
I am now at my lowest period because it is ruining my life and Poole Hospital is not giving me any answers. Can anyone help with any suggestions or experience?

Thanks, Lee
