rebound tenderness- HELP!

I have pain on my left abdomen (upper left waist to be exact), the pain is rebound tenderness. It started around December of 2009, so it’s already been with me for almost 5 month. The severity of the pain changes, from a scale of 1-10, is anywhere from 2-7. I don’t really feel the pain if I don’t touch or press that area, but I do have a feeling that something is always there…
I had 2 Ultra sounds (abdomen), 1 CT scan with contrast (abdomen and Pelvic), 1 colonoscopy, an overall blood test and a FOBT since the pain started, they all came up clean. Now the Dr. is saying pain may be muscle related.
I did some research online and found rebound tenderness may be caused by Peritonitis, abdominal injury, appendicitis, ulcerative colitis, Diverticulitis, etc…But all the test I did before should detect all of the above and some would not last 5 month. So the question is, what can cause a upper left waist rebound tenderness pain that lasted 5 month….
Thank you all in advance for any advise you can provide.
