  • I would just like to stipulate that I am not a doctor but I conduct a large amount of research on my own symptoms and I have a similar issue.I would advise you to get an x-ray on your back as this could very well be a trapped nerve in your spine due to a misaligned disk. Thats just my theory, which may in deed be incorrect.

  • I had a friend with those symptoms--it was especially obvious in her hands. But with her it was nothing serious--I think it might have been essential tremor?? She was given some meds to control it. So, even though it might be something of that nature, you should still get checked out b/c it may be related to something serious. And b/c of the wide range of possibilities, I wouldn't procrastinate in seeking a diagnosis. Best of luck!
