Im the "ready to end my life" girl from the other post and I thank all who replied. I was in the hospital all week having tests done because things have become so bad.
I had an abnormal bone scan showing non specific activity in the sterno clavicular area and the right maxilla (the two places I really hurt).
The rhuematoid factor has is usually 1-20 negative and over 20 positive... well I came as 20. The docs say this is 95% Rhuematoid arthritis and 5 percent chance of bone cancer but they really dont think it is.
The last few days, it hurts to walk because my knees hurt, my shoulder is KILLING me when I move it, my fingers are horribly stiff and hurting and the chest pain continues even with Naproxen.
Why are the docs saying its fibromyalgia with R. Arthritis if my joints are in terrible pain but there is NO SWELLING???
Any opinion is highly appreciated.. thankyou and Merry Christmas to all and God bless.

  • Hang in there Lisy. I have battled an "unknown illness" for the past 6 years. At one point I was covered in blisters from head to toe, fever and my husband had to carry me back and forth anywhere I needed to go. Over the years, I have flares, walk with a cane sometimes and go to the emergency room for various problems. I'm only 34 and feel like I'm 90. My infectious disease doctor told me one day plainly that with what we were dealing with they just didn't know what to do. All the tests came back unkown, but I clearly have an immune disorder of some sort. He said that it was just a guessing game of what would work until more symptoms arrived and it could take years. He also explained that they don't always have a name for every immune disease. Sometimes you just have an immune disorder and must treat the symptoms. Good luck, God Bless and Hang in there.Im the "ready to end my life" girl from the other post and I thank all who replied.
