I’m not here for ideas this time… I’m here to tell you all about my self-diagnosis… for years I have suffered with chronic fatigue and constipation. I’ve been told everything from “there’s nothing wrong” to hormonal imbalance. To possible thyroid problems. All negative… I found my cure by accident. A lot of us don’t drink water enough. I decided I needed to lose the 10+ pounds I had gained and started drinking 70-80 ounces of water and going for a walk around my 3 mile block (even though I didn’t feel like I could make it)… Strangely enough, after two weeks, I feel 10 years younger… My energy is back and my constipation is gone. Could it be that a lot of us are just dehydrated from all the caffeinated drinks that taste soooo much better than water? I think that has been my problem all along. I hope this will help someone.Reply Follow This Thread Stop Following This Thread Flag this Discussion
