Trouble urinating, had to be dialated 3 times due to severely narrow urethra. Severe disgestive pain. Typically constipated. Cannot drink milk, orange juice or consume greasy foods or will vomit followed by being bedridden, triggering full body pain. Severe abdominal and full body swelling. Visual, audio, feel, taste and smell hallucinations. Able to recognize when hallucinating. SEVERE full body pain to point of being bedridden for days or weeks. SEVERE nightmares. SEVERE muscle and bone pain. Tingling, numbness, crawling skin, loss of circulation. Talks in sleep, will occasionyll punch, kick or hug while sleeping. Once in a blue moon sleep walks. Mood swings: five-minute tantrums followed by extreme happiness. Happy then crying. SEVERE major depression. Always thinking of suicide or killing others. Two suicide attempts. Self-abuse (beating, binging, starving and over-medicating) Has "superman" and "kryptonie" modes. Superman being physically feeling great, energized, even too energized to the point of agitation and doing self-harming physical activity such as jumping head-first over objects and rolling. Female age 21. Hallucinations, mood swings, digestive problems and body pain dates back to preschool, even before. Longest period of unstoppable pain lasted 3.5 years in high school and temperature was 94 for all 3.5 years Vegan diet helps with some digestive discomfort and prevents vomitting. Nausea is still a daily problem. Changes in appetite lead to swaying from binging to starving. Frequently changes wardrobe and meal preferences. Has very strange taste buds. Opinions change quickly. FOGGY head. Sleep schedule changes, unwillingly. Sometimes is severely afraid of mirrors. Many self-image hallucinations. Feels a little better consuming large amounts of aloe vera or taking methylprednisolone. Have been searching for diagnosis for 7 years. No luck. Vitamin D Deficient, on 50,000 IU a week. On Minocycline for acne. Frequent sinus and bronchitis infections that can only be rid of on steroids and antibiotics for long periods of time. Severe loss of muscle flexibility. Inherited high cholesterol. All other tests are fine. Negative for Lupus, Acute Intermittent Porphyria and Lime’s Disease and West Niles. Older brother may have Marfan’s Syndrome, but has been refusing to be tested for several years now. Family history of psychological disorders, but were undiagnosed though sent to psyche ward several times. Both me and my brother were born premature due to my mother’s uterine cancer. She also had breast cancer. Mother deceased from car accident.
Could this be ultradian bipolar disorder, irritible bowel syndrome, fibromyalgia or acute intermittent porphyria? WHAT COULD THIS BE??!!!! HELP!
