Rapidly Shifting Body Temperature & Other Symptoms

Last night (I guess it is 4am now) nonetheless, last night my temperature was 101 and I was vomiting with a terrible headache. On top of this I had muscle aches, more-so in my back then anywhere else, and fairly low energy (everything felt like a task). I went to the doctor that afternoon and was told I have either H1N1 or a virus.

Tonight I went to bed early and woke up 4 hours later in sweat, I checked my temperature and I was shocked to see "93.7" on my thermometer, I took a test 2 minutes later to make sure there wasn't any human error and ever since its been hovering around 95-96. On top of this I'm also feeling quite hot when I lay in bed, but this seems to change sometimes to feeling quite cold.

The Doctor told me to take advil & tylenol so I can't exactly say if all my symptoms from the night before are gone or not.

Does anyone have experience with low body temp? should I be concerned?
