lately i have been getting random dizziness at times, never fainted though. it feels like a vice is around my head and the top of my head feels light. i think it could be tension headache. but then i feel like my thinking is really really slow and its hard to concentrate, is this just stress and anxiety or something else?

  • Headaches are hard to tell, but I'd get tested....disiness can have a lot of causes. I went in with odd disiness...turned out to be possitional virtigo. They had me do an excersize: siting, turn head to the left, lie down, stay for 30 seconds, then turn head to the left as you still lay flat, wait anther 30 seconds, then turn body to the left and lean face downward toward the bed, but not completely face down, sit up on the left side. If it's virtigo, ginger might help. But could be vitamin deficiency. If it doesn't get better in a week or two, I'd get tested at the doc. They'll test bloodcount, glucose, thyroid and other levels too probably. Hope this helps.
