Hi, my 30yr old son has very noticeable raised veins and blood vessels on his face and neck area. Over this same area his skin is very blotchy red color.
He does drink alcohol a lot and in the past has smoked hemp but has said he has now stopped this. He is a fairly heavy smoker as well.
I am not sure whether the redness is part sunburn because he does get out in the heat without sun protection unfortunately.
I am concerned with his health situation and would like some suggestions as to what I could be looking out for to be able to dicuss options with him.
I would appreciate any guidance in this matter.
Many thanks, Colin
