Radiating Pain

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am 28 year old Male having radiating pain from cervical to foot. I had history of Football Injury in the year 2008 , fracturing 3 meta Tarsal of my left foot. Near about an month, i started pain in my left foot (as if my bone has protude out).
Later, on I had several consultation and investigation with diffrent diagnosis
Till now i had done
Digital X-ray Showing : Early Stage of Spondolysis in S1 and S2 the year 2008
MRI : Showing no significant: results Lordosis 2009
For Ankylosing Spondylitis: HLA B27 Qty and Qlty results are -ve 2011
i dont know how i should go from here for the treatment , Curently i am suffering from severe pain at Cervical, Lumbar, Pelvic point ,Knee joint and @ the foot. Please help me out from this radiating pain
