Here is a rare case of a 5-month newborn named Ziqi Fang who has had an abnormal syndrome that is similar to (persistent) vegetative state. She was given birth while her mother was suffering fibroids. Now, she is uncapable of crying or giving any facial expression. Even she cant give any responses when she is hungry. She just has little reaction to any stimulation from the outside and has been experiencing a fever. Both her parents are not PVS patients. And after many brain/body examines, it doesnt say she is born anencephalically. It seems that it failed to give any authorized medical diagnose on Ziqi's case.

Any information replied would be great appreciated!!!!!!
