Hi, Yesterday, while walking in the city, I suddenly had a painful pulling sensation just to right of my belly button. If I stretched, it hurt, walked fast, it hurt, any sudden movement, it hurt because it stretched. But when I pressed the area with my finger, it did not hurt at all. AFter 15 minutes, the pain went away. Then at night, after dinner, i sat down, and there was a very slight pulling pain to the right of my belly button, not as painful as before, this was very slight and lasted for about 5 minutes. In the middle of the night, the faintest of that pain returned, very faint. Lasted for a minute. This morning I woke up, my stomach felt full of air, but I am able to pass gas, only a little, my stomach still feels full of air. I just went to poo just now. There is no pain near my belly button right now. It's just that the top part of my tummy, right below the rib cage, feels full of air. My lower right abdomen doesn't hurt. Nor does the left.

Please help! I am really worried. Should I go to the doctor or just wait and observe?

I'm starting to get concerned. It was really really sharp pain at first, and mild throughout the rest of the week.
