My husband has had allergy tests which showed he could be alergic to four pages of items, included everything you find around a home, and pretty much every food group you might eat. He has gone 2 years at a time without any reaction at all. Then it might be 1 1/2 years and then maybe 2x a month. It is very irratic. We have tried to pinpoint something that might be causing it but nothing is constant. If it was happening regularily, it might be easier to arrive at a conclusion. For the past 7 years it has maybe happened 10 times. Starts with a bit of redness in his face and 1 or 2 days later, wakes up with puffy eyes. His hands and arms are often are affected as well. They develop a rash and sometimes end up with ****y bumps. It seems to have to go through a course and when the healing process is almost over, his affected areas are very dry and chapped. We are pretty sure it must be an ingredient of some kind but have found it impossible to pinpoint. Does anyone have any ideas?
