 I recently had a core needle breast biopsy done and my report said I had fibrocystic changes with pseudoangiomatous stromal hyperplasia. After looking this up I discovered it is a rare breast mass but what should be my follow-up. I have a very large palpable, mass and a lot of pain associated with it. My concern is that I have multiple microcalcifications as well and when reading articles about PASH none of the masses had calcifications. I also have a lymph node in my neck which is enlarged and has been for 4 months (the same time I discovered the breast mass). I saw an ENT and he does not think the two are related. Please give any advice if you all have any!! THANKS (I am 34 with no previous breast change history)
