30 years old, russian female

Red scally patches on face and neck ( started 15 years ago with one spot on the forehead)

2009 Diagnosis:
( Skin neck biopsy)
Cronic spongiotic dermatitis with alternating parakeratosis
Note: thefindings are suggestive of pityriasis rubra pilaris, the sifferential diagnosis also includes nummular dermariris and small plaque parapsoriasis 9 digitate dermatosis)

2002 Diagnosis
( Skin biopsy face)

Consistent with subacute spongiotic dermatitis
Nope: possibility of resacea cannot be totally excluded. No fungal organisms or features pf psoriasis or lupus erthematosus are present.

Please help to found out the diagnosis and treatment
