went bicycling on Saturday and failed to eat or drink enough. That night I had sushi and a beer, and a bunch of water. Next day I had a bagel, a burger, and a couple beers, but also drank a lot of water. Yesterday (Monday) I was totally out of it...chills, aches and pains, and serious fatigue, I drank a ton of water yesterday and today I am no better. No fever either. I slept with 2 blankets and it was 70+ degrees all night. This morning I had someone bring over a few bottles of Gatorade, but still no releif. 77 degrees out and I'm wearing a 2 shirts and a fleece jacket.
