I am 49yrs old and have not gone thru menopause yet. I have 4 grown children of which were all natural vaginal deliveries . My family practice doctor just diagnosed me with Stage 2 Prolapsed uterus/bladder/rectum and has now referred me to a specialist. It will be another 3 weeks before I see her in order the schedule the hysterectomy. I have been home from work for a week now and cant really afford to not work. I have a very physical job lifting pushing and standing at least 8 hrs a day on the concrete. I am in a moderate amount of pain esp my low back. My question is what is pushing myself too much? What activies should I not do while waiting I dont want to make it worse than it already is. That and I think my husband is afraid to have sex. Does anyone have any advise for me?
