I thought I'd put some symptoms in the title, but it doesn't really tell the whole story, so here it is.

This is a one time event (hopefully), but I want to know what happened as it was very scary. I woke up feeling somewhat warm. I got up to urinate. As I finished I felt suddenly very weak and ringing started in my ears, but not the high pitched kind, it was more like a duller sound and my ears felt like they were clogging up.

I started burning up, or feeling like I was burning up. Scared I made my way to the AC control, but found it very difficult to stay on my feet, not from dizzyness, just from sudden weakness. Turned the AC on and struggled back to the bedroom. Woke my gf up in case she needed to call 911. Then as I felt like I needed to defacate, I went back to the bathroom.

There I noticed how I was covered in sweat. The ear symptoms were gone, but I still felt very fuzzy headed and weak. GF brought me some water, which I struggled to drink as I now noticed that I was breathing quickly and shallowly, I couldn't breath deeply or control it.

Eventually all the symptoms dissapated while on the toilet, and I had movement there. I took my temperature a few times and it averaged 97. Back in bed I felt very cold and fell back asleep.

Today I don't feel all there. Hard to put my finger on, but I am a little warmer feeling than I think I should be at the temp in the house, have minor ringing in the ears, and feel a little fatigued.

About me: In case it helps, I'm on a zero carb diet, this episode happened on what would be the fourth day of it. I used to weigh 300 pounds, got down to 155, but put on 15 so was dieting again to take it off. I exercise regularly. I drink a lot of fluids. Ate a lot of turkey and chicken the night before this happened (three large breasts worth combined).

I know what it's like to have a low BP fainting spell, but this wasn't like it at all.

Sorry for all the details and long read. Thanks for any help.
