i have a family history of hereditary kidney problems and am in pain with my right kidney and have been for a month. I have been told it was kidney stones in a+e then about a week later went back and was told it was an infection i have had antibiotics and that dimmed the pain a little but finished the antibiotics 2/3 weeks ago now and im still in pain. i have had blood tests done but they are saying there is nothing wrong and i am fine. I was given co-codamol for the pain but after getting a headache i was told to stop taking it and just take normal pain killers but they don't do anything at all. Just looking for some advice as i am the same age as my mum when she had her right kidney removed because of stones
thanks lauren
