  • You may have diarrhea due to some organism in your intestines. If you have, it is easy to treat.Drink ordinary tea before eating. Have it without milk or sugar. Just plain tea. Have a fair amount. It is ideal approximately half an hour before eating, so most of it has passed through the stomach before you eat. When you eat, avoid all foods containing sugar. Bananas are good. So are many other foods that provide bulk, but not sugar.Tea contains tannins, and causes microorganisms to detach from the intestinal wall. The food provides a physical mass to carry them out of the intestines.Avoid sugar, as it feeds the microorganisms. There are many other herbs which contain tannins, which may be used instead of tea.

  • According the the Wrongdiagnosis symptom checker using the symptoms of abdominal pain, chronic diarrhea, fatigue and joint pain led to 3 possibilities. Celiac disease, crohn's disease or possibly a Food additive adverse reaction to amines. See them at this link, partway down the page under results http://symptoms.wrongdiagnosis.com/cosymptoms/abdominal-pain/chronic-diarrhoea/fatigue/joint-pain.htm
